Am I signed up for a Delivery Plan?Updated 2 hours ago
We offer both one-off purchases and delivery plan. Some of our offers include a delivery plan as part of the deal, but it’s not mandatory for all purchases.
If you selected an offer that included a delivery plan, this would have been clearly shown before checkout - including a tick box to confirm your understanding of the terms and conditions for your plan.
🔍 How to Check Your Delivery Plan Status
To confirm whether you have an active plan:
- Log into your account on our website.
- Go to your Account and select “Your Delivery Plan”. Alternatively, you can go directly to the “Your Delivery Plan” tab.
- From there, you’ll see the status of your delivery plan and any upcoming deliveries.
📦 A Quick Overview of the Delivery Plan Terms
Rolling Delivery Plan: You’ll receive recurring deliveries of Pinter Packs according to your selected delivery frequency.
Minimum Order Requirement: If you joined through one of our promotional offers, such as the Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer plan, your delivery plan includes a minimum number of orders that must be completed before cancellation is permitted:
- Fresh Brewer Plan: Minimum of 6 delivery plan orders (2 Pinter packs per order)
- Master Brewer Plan: Minimum of 12 delivery plan orders (2 Pinter packs per order)
Please be aware that your initial order (including the Pinter) does not count as your first Auto Delivery order.
These requirements are agreed to at checkout and will be shown in the offer terms.
If you’re unsure which plan you selected or what your minimum order requirement is, you can check this on the app or website in the “Your Delivery Plan” tab. Alternatively you can reach out to our Customer Service team via the chat icon in the bottom right of your screen.
Payment: You’ll be charged automatically each time your delivery plan renews. You can also use the “Send Order ASAP” feature if you want your next order sooner.
No Beer Selected? If you haven’t chosen your beers before your delivery plan date - or if your chosen beer is out of stock - we’ll send the default beer of the month.
If your delivery plan is active, we’ll send you an email 10 days before your next order is processed. This reminder lets you know your delivery plan order is coming up soon and highlights some of the community’s favourite styles, giving you the chance to explore new options and make changes before it goes through.
🔧 Managing Your Plan
In the “Your Delivery Plan” section of your account, you can:
- Cancel your delivery plan — once your minimum order requirement (Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer) has been met
- Change beer selections
- Update delivery preferences (address, payment, etc.)
- Adjust your delivery plan frequency
- Reschedule an order
Adjusting Your Delivery Plan Frequency
You can change how often your delivery plan renews directly from the “Account overview” or “Your Delivery Plan” section of your account.
You can choose for your delivery plan to renew every:
- 4 weeks
- 6 weeks
- 8 weeks
Changing your delivery plan frequency does not affect your Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer minimum order requirement.
Note: Any changes must be made before 11:59pm the day before your delivery plan renews.
Need to Change Your Delivery Plan/Order Date?
You can reschedule your order directly from the “Account Overview” or “Your Delivery Plan” section of your account.
This is useful if, for example, you’ll be away and won’t be home to receive your order, or if you’d like to change the date your payment is taken.
To reschedule, select the “Reschedule Order” button, choose a new delivery date, and confirm the change.
If you’d prefer help, our Customer Service team can reschedule the order for you. Just get in touch!
Please note: You can reschedule however often you'd like, but it can only be within 8 weeks of your last delivery plan order.
Cancelling your Delivery Plan
You can request to cancel your delivery plan at any time. Please note the following conditions:
- If you cancel before your 6th Auto-Delivery (Fresh Brewer Plan) or 12th Auto-Delivery (Master Brewer Plan) has been dispatched, a hardware fee may apply, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
- If you wish to cancel without incurring a hardware fee, cancellation is available after your 6th (Fresh Brewer Plan) or 12th (Master Brewer Plan) Auto-Delivery order has been shipped.
- Alternatively, you may cancel without any charges by returning your Pinter in accordance with our Returns Policy, where applicable. This option allows you to cancel your delivery plan without a hardware fee.
- If you’re on our Standard Delivery Plan and cancel before your first Auto-Delivery, a hardware fee may apply.
