Can I manage/cancel my Subscription?Updated a day ago
Your subscription is on a rolling plan. You can adjust how often you receive your subscription orders (see “Adjusting Your Delivery Frequency” below). Cancellation is subject to the conditions described in this article.
Please note: If you signed up to a Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer plan, there will be a minimum requirement of 6–12 subscription orders before you are able to cancel. If you’re unsure whether this applies to you, please get in touch with us for more information.
Your initial order includes your Pinter and any beer packs you selected. This is not counted as your first Auto-Delivery order.
🧾 What Counts as My First Auto-Delivery?
Your first auto-delivery is the next order (just Pinter Packs) sent automatically as part of your subscription.
⛔ Can I Cancel my Plan?
You can request cancellation at any time, but please note:
- If you cancel before your 6th (Fresh Brewer Plan) or 12th (Master Brewer Plan) auto-delivery has been dispatched, you may be required to pay a hardware fee as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
- For customers who wish to cancel without incurring additional charges, cancellation becomes available after your 6th (Fresh Brewer Plan) or 12th (Master Brewer Plan) Auto-Delivery order has been shipped.
- If you’d like to cancel without any charges, you can do so by returning your Pinter after your first order in line with our Returns Policy. This allows you to cancel your subscription without paying a hardware fee. These offer-specific requirements are set out in the offer terms.
- If you’re on our Standard Subscription and cancel before your first Auto-Delivery, a hardware fee may apply.
To cancel your subscription, go to the Your Delivery Plan tab in your account. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel Delivery Plan, then follow the on-screen steps to confirm your cancellation.
🔄 Can I Adjust How Often My Subscription Renews?
Yes, of course! You can update how frequently your subscription renews from your account.
You can choose for your subscription to renew every:
- 4 weeks
- 6 weeks
- 8 weeks
Adjusting your subscription frequency does not affect the number of subscription orders required under Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer plans.
⏳Can I get my next order early?
Yes, absolutely!
If you’ve run out of beer or simply want your next delivery sooner, you can request it at any time. Just head to your account and click the “Send Order ASAP” button to have your next subscription order dispatched early.
🔄 Can I Reschedule My Order?
Yes, of course! You can change the day in which your order is processed.
For example, you are not in town to accept an order or just want to change the day payment is taken from your account.
Adjusting your order date does not affect the number of subscription orders required under Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer plans and you can only re-schedule an order within 8 weeks of your last subscription order.
📅 Subscription Renewal
Unless cancelled in accordance with the rules above, your subscription will renew automatically according to the frequency you select.

- Log into your account
- Go to “Your Delivery Plan ”
- Select "Edit Order"
If you attempt to cancel before you meet your, Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer minimum order requirement, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions, a hardware fee may be charged.
