Our Pinters and Pinter Packs are specifically designed to deliver the intended flavour profile.&#xA0;Only the components authorised by us are guaranteed safe and compatible with your Pinter. We cannot guarantee how other products, or different quantities, might affect its performance or integrity.Any malfunction, damage, or performance issue that we reasonably determine to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by the use of third-party or incompatible products, devices or ingredients would unfortunately&#xA0;void your warranty.

We do not recommend using your own brewing ingredients. Our Pinters and Pinter Packs are specifically designed to create the perfect flavour profile. As we have only tested the ingredients included within our Pinter Packs, we cannot say how other products would affect the integrity of the Pinter. Using your own brew would constitute using your Pinter for something other than its intended purpose, which unfortunately would void your warranty.
