CreditsUpdated an hour ago

Credits are a simple way to pay for your Pinter subscription orders. They’re stored on your account and get automatically applied when your next order is processed.

What are credits?

Credits are a balance on your account that can be used to pay for subscription orders.

👉 Unlike gift cards, credits can be used for subscriptions.

How do credits work?

Credits are automatically applied to your subscription orders. You don’t need to select or apply them manually. Your order will be:

  • Fully covered by credits, or
  • Partially covered, with the remaining balance charged to your card

What happens if I don’t have enough credits?

If your credits don’t cover the full order total:

  • Credits are applied first
  • The remaining balance is charged to your card

If your payment method fails:

  • Your order won’t go through
  • Your credits will not be used

Types of credits

💵 Credits (Purchased)

  • Credits you’ve bought
  • Eligible for refund

🎁 Bonus Credits

  • Promotional or goodwill credits
  • Non-refundable
  • Used after your purchased credits are spent

How are credits used?

Credits are always used in this order:

  1. Purchased (refundable) credits first
  2. Bonus (non-refundable) credits second

How do I get credits?

You can receive credits in a few ways:

  • Purchasing a credit bundle
  • Promotions or special offers
  • Compensation or goodwill from our support team

Can I choose when to use credits?

No, credits are automatically applied to your subscription orders.

Can I get a refund for credits?

  • Purchased credits may be refundable in certain cases
  • Bonus credits are non-refundable

If a refund is processed, any associated bonus credits may be removed.

Important to know

  • Credits are linked to your account and can’t be transferred
  • Credits are used for payment only, they don’t affect your delivery schedule
  • Your order can still go through without a valid card if credits cover the full amount
