The Pinter Complete Care Plan is an optional upgrade that gives you extended protection, brewing support, and added value for your Pinter experience.

What’s included?

🛠 Extended Warranty

Complete Care extends your Pinter warranty beyond the standard 12 months to:

• 2 years, or
• 3 years (depending on your plan)

Your Pinter is fully covered for manufacturing defects and hardware issues during this time.

🍺 Perfect Pour Guarantee

With Complete Care, you’ll also get:

• Expert brewing support from our team
• Free replacement Pinter Packs if something goes wrong with your brew

This applies as long as brewing instructions are followed and only Pinter ingredients are used.

💳 Instant Beer Credits

Some plans include Instant Beer Credits, which are:

• Added to your account immediately after purchase
• Ready to use on future delivery plan deliveries or Pinter Pack drops (partnership beers that are sold through the customer account UI)

Credits are:

• Non-transferable
• Not redeemable for cash
• Used within your Pinter account only

What’s not covered?

Complete Care does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Commercial use
• Natural wear of consumable parts (like seals)

Refunds & 30-day guarantee

You can change your mind within 30 days of purchase.

• If you request a refund within 30 days, your plan will be cancelled
• Any unused credits will be removed
• If you’ve used any credits, their value will be deducted from your refund

After 30 days (or once credits are used), the plan becomes non-refundable.

• Credits are for future Pinter delivery plan purchases only
• Your standard warranty terms still apply alongside this plan
