If you’re not sure which part you need, our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Please reach out with the details below so we can identify the right part and get you brewing again as soon as possible.

If you’re within your 1-year warranty period, we may be able to replace the part free of charge.

When contacting us, please include:

• The name of the part you need, or a photo showing where the part is damaged or missing from

• Any additional context about what happened

• A recent order number

• The email address linked to your Pinter account (if you’re not emailing from that address)

• Your delivery address

All seals and removable parts come pre-installed on your Pinter, Co-Pinter, or any replacement parts purchased - except for the Co-Pinter, which does not include a Brewing Dock.
