If the Pause or Cancel buttons for your subscription are grayed out, it’s usually because you haven't completed the minimum order requirement.

⚠️ Important:
Your initial Pinter purchase and the beer it came with doesn't count as your first auto-delivery order.

Can I cancel before I complete the minimum order requirement?

Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time.
However, if you cancel before your minimum order requirement, you may be charged a hardware fee to cover the cost of the Pinter. For this, you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team directly.
