I've received an order I wasn't expecting/I didn't make.Updated 4 days ago

If you've received an order that you weren't expecting, that's likely due to your Subscription un-pausing. The maximum amount of time you can pause your Subscription is 3 months. This will automatically resume after this time.

Another possible reason is that you may have signed up using a subscription welcome offer, which automatically starts a subscription after your first order. This is highlighted during the checkout process, before completing your purchase.


If you were expecting your Subscription, but it's the wrong style of Fresh Press, this could be due to the one you ordered being out of stock. If your chosen Fresh Press is out of stock on your dispatch date, this will automatically change to our default Fresh Press. This is usually a community favourite or currently popular style. 

You should have received email notifications regarding either of the above options before the dispatch date, so do make sure you keep an eye on our emails and ensure we're on your approved sender's list to not miss out on any future communications.

If you would like to request a return for either a refund or an exchange, please contact our Customer Care Team via Live Chat or Email using the help button to your right within 14 days of receiving the product. Our team will review the details of your request and advise on the options available.

The product will need to be unused and in its original condition. After this return has been authorised, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us for a refund.
