A common reason is that you may have joined through a subscription welcome offer, such as the Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer plan. These offers include a subscription as part of the deal, and the subscription begins automatically after your first order. This is clearly shown during checkout before completing your purchase.
Wrong Style Received
If you were expecting your subscription order but received a different Fresh Press than usual, this may be because your chosen style was out of stock on your dispatch date. You will receive an email asking you to update your selections.
If no action is taken within 3 days, your order will automatically switch to our default Fresh Press - typically a current community favourite or popular style.
You should receive an email notification in advance of your order being processed, including in cases where a default Fresh Press will be substituted. Make sure we’re added to your approved sender list so you don’t miss important updates.
Returns & Refunds
Pinter Packs are final sale items and cannot be returned after purchase. This is due to the consumable nature of the product.
