My Carbonation Dial is stuck/not turningUpdated 2 hours ago
Sometimes the Carbonation Dial on your Pinter can feel a little stiff - especially some of your brew has dried around it. Not to worry though, it's incredibly easy to clean!
Here’s some instructions on how to clean your Carbonation Dial:
After you’ve emptied the Pinter, make sure the Carbonation Dial is in the OFF position.
Fill your Pinter with hot (not boiling) water allowing this to flow through and clean the Carbonation Dial
If it's still sticky after flushing it through, pour water directly onto the Carbonation Dial. The warmth helps dissolve any dried residue that might be causing stiffness.
Turn the dial gently from OFF to ON and back a few times while the warm water is present, to help loosen any buildup.
Once the dial moves freely, rinse the area with clean water and dry thoroughly.
Here is a handy video to show you how to do this.
