The App isn't workingUpdated 21 days ago

We find that a few bits of troubleshooting can sometimes help to resolve issues when using the App. 

Please try the below:
  • Completely close the App and re-launch it.
  • Try switching your Wi-Fi, data or device on and off, before reopening the App.
  • Log out of the App, and log back in again.
  • As a last resort, try uninstalling and re-installing the App.

If you are having difficulty logging into the App, then please try the following troubleshooting as well. 

  • Ensure the email you are using to log in matches the account you created on our website (including Upper and Lower case letters)
  • Ensure the account you have with us on our website is activated. You will receive an email to do this when you first create your account. 
  • The app will prompt you to "Create an account" when you enter your email address. This is creating an App account and is different from the account you have with us on our website. Please follow this process and see if this resolves the issue.

When you get in touch, please include the following information:

  • One or two screenshots showing the issue

  • The make and model of your device

  • The software version of your device and, if possible, the app version you’re using*

  • The troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried

  • Any other details that might help us understand the issue

*To find your app version, tap the cog icon in the top right corner and scroll to the bottom of the page.
