What does “Ready for Pickup” Mean on My Order Tracking?Updated 5 days ago

If you’re seeing a “Ready for Pickup” status on your tracking, don’t worry - you don’t need to do anything.

This message is used internally by the courier and simply means your parcel is prepared and waiting to be collected by the driver so it can continue its journey to you. It does not mean you need to go anywhere or pick anything up yourself.

Once the courier has collected your parcel, the tracking will update automatically and your order should be on its way to you very soon.
