A Hopper&#xA0;is a small vial of hop oil that allows you to have freshly-hopped Beer and Cider at home for the first time.The Hopper can be used during the Brewing stage to add a burst of hops to your brew post-fermentation, maximising flavour and freshness before you tap. It was developed exclusively for the Pinter, for an unparalleled sensory drinking experience and more next-level fresh flavours than ever before. <h2 id="how-and-when-to-use-the-hopper">How and When to use the Hopper</h2>You should add the Hopper after&#xA0;the Brewing stage is complete, but before conditioning your brew.If your Hopper has been stored at a low temperature, allow it to warm to room temperature before adding it. This ensures proper flow and infusion of the hop oil. Follow these steps:<ol data-start="609" data-end="1175"><li data-start="609" data-end="682" style="font-size: 16px;">Unscrew the Hopping Cap</li><li data-start="684" data-end="776" style="font-size: 16px;">Screw the Hopper fully and securely into the Hopping Inlet</li><li data-start="778" data-end="850" style="font-size: 16px;">Wait for around 3 minutes to allow the hop oil to fully drain into the Pinter</li><li data-start="852" data-end="887" style="font-size: 16px;">Gently tilt your Pinter from side to side. This helps release any air bubbles around the Hopping Inlet and encourages the hop oil to drain fully into the brew</li><li data-start="852" data-end="887" style="font-size: 16px;">Remove the Hopper carefully&#xA0;</li><li data-start="1057" data-end="1093" style="font-size: 16px;">Screw the Hopping Cap back on to the Pinter</li><li data-start="1095" data-end="1175" style="font-size: 16px;">Remove the Brewing Dock, then proceed to the Conditioning stage as usual</li></ol>

Some Fresh Press styles come with a Hopper bottle to enhance the flavour - typically those that benefit from an extra hit of hoppiness. These mistakes are pretty rare, and we of course want to make this right as soon as possible.Please contact our Customer Care Team and include the information below so we can get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.<ul><li>Your name &amp; email address</li><li>Your order number</li><li>A photo of the batch number (this will be on the bottom of the back of your Fresh Press pouch)</li><li>A description of what you should have received and what exactly is missing.</li></ul> <hr>&#x1F50D; Not sure if your Pinter Pack should contain a Hopper?The easiest way to check is by looking at the product image on our website or in the app when starting a brew. If the brew includes a Hopper, you&#x2019;ll see a small Hopper bottle to the right of the Fresh Press in the image.<hr data-start="1222" data-end="1225"><h3 data-start="1227" data-end="1259" id="-what-about-space-hopper">&#x2757; What About Space Hopper?</h3>We know the name can be a little misleading!The original Space Hopper doesn&apos;t include a Hopper - it was developed before we introduced the Hopper Inlet on Pinters. It&#x2019;s a community favourite though, so we&#x2019;ve kept the name.However, Space Hopper West Coast Edition does come with a Hopper.Still have questions?
